2) Company Check or Purchase Order:

Cancellation Policy: Please note that PharmaEd Resources does not offer refunds. However, if you cannot attend, we are happy to apply your registration fee to another event or to a colleague. Notice of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to the event.
